Heights Can Clinch Playoff Spot With Win Tonight
Bulldogs host Chavez tonight at Delmar Stadium
HOUSTON, TX — The Heights Bulldogs are in playoff mode in their regular-season finale tonight. Heights (5-2, 3-2 in District 18-6A) can clinch a playoff spot with a win over the Chavez Lobos (0-6, 0-4) tonight. Kickoff is set for 7 p.m. at Delmar Stadium.
Coming off back-to-back losses to Lamar and Westside, Heights looks to regain its footing against a Chavez team that has allowed 291 points this season while scoring just 44.
Heights will have its bye week next week while awaiting playoff seedings and scenarios.

Lamar leads the district at 4-0, followed by Bellaire and Westside at 3-1 apiece. Heights is currently in fourth followed by Westbury (2-3), Chavez and Sam Houston at 0-4 each. Lamar and Bellaire play Saturday.
