Photos: Patch Houston editor roved Washington Avenue Saturday for the town's biggest Cinco de Mayo party.

HOUSTON, TX — We took time to hang out with the party people on Washington Avenue Saturday afternoon for the Third Annual Cinco de Mile festival and block party. We toured the busy circuit of Kung Fu Saloon, Clutch Bar, Concrete Cowboy and the Standard Bar of Houston.
