Video Captures Attempted Burglary In Bellaire: Watch
Wannabe thief strolls into garage, tries to open the door and then jaunts away; he's caught on camera, though.
BELLAIRE, TX — A man tried to open the car doors outside one Bellaire home, and the only thing that he got was his face on camera. Now Bellaire Police are asking for assistance in locating the suspect. The attempted burglary happened early Monday in the 4600 block of Spruce.
According to Bellaire Police, the suspect tried to open the car around 4:37 a.m. The black, male suspect is observed pulling on the door handles, while wearing jean shorts, white shirt and a black backpack.
Bellaire police ask that if anyone recognizes this man, to please contact the Bellaire Police Department at (713) 668-0487. They also remind folks to keep their vehicle and house doors locked at all time. As seen in this video, it takes only a few seconds for a crook to try and take your items.
