The Atascocita Fire Department (AFD) held a special series of trainings from Nov. 28-Dec. 2 at the vacated FM 1960 CVS before its demolition.
Jerry Dilliard, public information officer for AFD, explained that Chief of Department Mike Mulligan heard about the proposed demolition of CVS and was eager to see if his firefighters would be able to utilize the building for rehearsals and practice before demolition.
