All Northpark Drive owners now aware of right-of-way plans

All property owners along Northpark have been contacted regarding the right-of-way process begun by the Lake Houston Redevelopment Authority/Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone No. 10 (TIRZ), according to Stan Sarman, chairman.
Sarman told the group that he has offered to meet with any that have questions and while some had a reluctant attitude, after he explained that the Authority will be taking inches from the green space between the curb and the sidewalk, the reception has been much better.
