Although many organizations send care packages to troops in embattled or dangerous zones, Making Cards for Our Troops makes itself stand out. That is because, according to Program Director Patricia Brodsky, the care packages sent to troops in areas such as Syria, Afghanistan and Kuwait allow troops to send their own “care packages” right back.
