Community asked to help Kingwood man fighting for life

Frank Ybarra met Tanya Arriaga back in 2001 – a serendipitous occurrence that would set in motion a chain of events that would change both Frank’s and Tanya’s lives forever.
“I met Tanya 19 years ago in college and we ended up going out on a few dates. The problem is, after the third date, I ended up brushing her off a little bit. After that, with good reason, we fell out of contact and life moved on,” said Ybarra. “Over the next 14 years, I reached out and we tried to meet up, but things just never seemed to work out. Then, five years ago, we coincidentally met in New York and managed to catch up.”
