During construction, crews will work between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. While one lane will remain open at all times, drivers should expect the right northbound lane to be closed from November 7 to November 11, and the left northbound lane to be closed from November 14 to November 19.
Delays are expected in the area during construction. As a result, Council Member Martin has alerted the Houston Police Department's Kingwood Substation and has asked that officers help with traffic mitigation when possible.
