Flood insurance is a good deal, speaker says

Hurricane Harvey was an eye-opener for many Lake Houston residents, and Mark Rafail is “banging the danger drum” as loud as he can.
“Too many people thought if they didn’t have to have insurance, then they didn’t need it,” Rafail told members of the Community Response Task Force which met May 14 at the Atascocita Fire Department.
