FM 1960 about to undergo major transformation
FM 1960 is about to get its much-needed face-lift.
“We’ve divided construction into two projects — Business 1960 to Twigsworth Lane and Twigsworth Lane to west of the San Jacinto River,” TxDOT Spokesperson Danny Perez told more than 100 viewers during the Lake Houston Chamber’s virtual Humble BizCom Oct. 15.
The clock starts ticking on Segment 1 in November and on Segment 2 in 120 days. Construction will continue day and night, seven days a week, according to Phillip Garlin, also with TxDOT.
