Grammy-nominated recording artist calls Atascocita home

The Atascocita community is a smorgasbord of diversity with people from all walks of life who make the area their home. There are doctors, dentists, lawyers, Realtors, teachers, household technicians (homemakers), chefs, restaurateurs and more. That list now includes a nationally known recording artist, Tauren Wells. Wells, who has chosen one of the Lake Houston area’s newest master-planned communities as his base, snagged two nominations at the 2019 Grammys in January, one for Best Contemporary Christian Album of the Year and one for Best Contemporary Performance/Song for the hit single, “Known,” the title song of his album.
