Humble Autism Nonprofit to Hold Groundbreaking for New Building

Including Kids an Humble non-profit that works with children and young adults with autism announced a groundbreaking for a

Humble, TX--Including Kids, a local non-profit that works with children and young adults with autism and related developmental delays, announced a groundbreaking for a new treatment center.The event will be held at 9 a.m. on July 15.

The organization currently rents 16,000 square feet of unconnected space in a Humble shopping center, the new 2.5-acre facility will be an extension of the organization’s early intensive therapies and program offerings.

The new building is being designed specifically with the needs of children and young adults with autism in mind, it will feature specialized fixtures and furniture for the population served by Including Kids.

The Including Kids staff and board are in the midst of a $4 million apital campaign to fund the construction of the organization's new home. Personnel have been able to raise $1 million so far.
