Humble City Council discusses development, widening of FM 1960

The regularly scheduled Humble City Council meeting was called to order to discuss the happenings of the Lake Houston Flood Control District, budget adoption and the widening of FM1960. This was the first in-person meeting in months to take place in person with a limited capacity of attendees to adhere to social-distancing guidelines.
