Humble City Council discusses flood solutions

The Humble City Council kicked off their regularly scheduled meeting April 22 by thanking the Humble Public Works Department for their nonstop, round-the-clock support during and after Winter Storm Uri. Department members came to the front of the room to receive a custom plaque.
Mayor Merle Aaron stated, “These guys worked to fix issues all around town, sometimes putting the citizen issues above their own home situations. I would like to take the team out to lunch before the end of my term to further commemorate the hard work, dedication and community focus of this group.”
