Humble City Council discusses land plats, budget approvals

The Humble City Council met Aug. 13 to discuss and approve several subdivision and development plats and the police chief position in closed session.
Post-approval of the City of Humble budget for 2019-2020, the board approved the drainage design for $80,938 for the Spears Village Ditch Regrading Project.
An election services agreement between Harris County and the City of Humble was approved for the administration of the Nov. 3 joint general election.
“There will be over 100 early voting locations around the county, with the main site being the Humble Civic Center. This will provide community members with plenty of opportunities to vote and to have their voice be heard,” said Mayor Merle Aaron.
