Humble City Council discusses real estate purchases, pandemic policy changes
On April 23, the Humble City Council members convened virtually to discuss matters of real estate purchases and changes to the city policies regarding national and statewide pandemic announcements and how they impact the city’s current pandemic policies.
Under the disaster declaration, City Manager Jason Stuebe authorized and approved both temporary changes and permanent resolutions to the city policy with regard to the coronavirus. The current policies in place in Resolution 20-821 left questions in terms of the ‘essential employee’ procedures.
