Humble City Council wishes retired Dawes good luck

(Tribune)

The Humble City Council met Nov. 12 and heard from a citizen about current city policy regarding livestock at residences.
Lynn Logan said, “I recognize that student groups, such as FFA or 4-H, raise animals for shows and educational purposes. However, there are few regulations for adults raising animals in proximity in residential locations. This means that neighboring residences can hold livestock that not only has a negative smell but can also present a challenge when it comes to household pets, too.”
