The 2019 football season came to an end for the Kingwood Mustangs on Friday. In a Region III-6A Division II bi-district playoff game played at Beaumont Memorial Stadium, it was the West Brook Bruins that proved to have the upper hand in a 55-21 final.
The Mustangs, who faced West Brook in the first round of the playoffs for a second consecutive season, conclude the 2019 campaign with a record of 5-6.
