Kingwood Medical Center Holding Baby Fair

KINGWOOD, TX — To celebrate World Breastfeeding Week, The Women and Children’s Center at Kingwood Medical Center, 22999 U.S. 59/I-69 North, is hosting an educational baby fair on Aug. 6.

The event will feature a variety of vendors, community resources, as well as Maternity and Breastfeeding Photography. There will be hour-long 'taster sessions' to showcase some area events for new parents.

The baby fair will also be part of The Global Big Latch On, a worldwide celebration of breastfeeding where women come together to group breastfeed.

The Big Latch On will be at 10 a.m., taster sessions will follow every hour on the hour. The event is sponsored by the Breastfeeding Support Group at Kingwood Medical Center and La Leche League of Kingwood.
