It’s not. It’s Lisa Layne. Even if you don’t know her name yet, you know her voice. For 25 years, she channeled Cline in the play “Always Patsy Cline” on stages all over America.
If you still don’t recognize her, play that indisputable American Christmas Classic, “All I Want for Christmas is You,” with Vince Vance and the Valiants. The powerhouse lead singer is, you guessed it, Layne.
