One day while strumming guitar with her husband, Chelsey Hall had a terrific idea – why not invite local performers to showcase their talent in Historic Downtown Humble?
“We’ve been residents of Humble for more than four years and as soon as I saw Uptown Park, I knew it would be a perfect location for outdoor concerts,” said Hall, owner of CLJ Risk Management, an insurance and financial services company located on Main Street in Historic Downtown Humble.
