Old-fashioned carnival for seniors coming to Humble
On March 18, from noon to 3 p.m., Harris County Precinct 4 will be bringing a carnival to the Humble Civic Center just for those 50 and over.
The Spring Fling Carnival will offer live musical entertainment, carnival games, a petting zoo and even a pie-baking contest.
“We just want people to come and make new friends, enjoy the day, and learn about all the other things that Precinct 4 has to offer,” said Jan Sexton, director of the Encore! program for Harris County Precinct 4 Commissioner R. Jack Cagle’s office.
