Greetings from Vancouver! I am here celebrating my mother’s birthday and having a blast eating spot prawns (it’s a very short season for this delicacy), ketchup chips, poutine and buck-a-shuck oysters. We are waddling our way through Chinatown every other day trying all the dumplings and the other days grazing our way through Granville Market.
