Pachyderms host hurricane readiness program

Harris County Precinct 4 Commissioner R. Jack Cagle recently addressed residents attending the Hurricane Preparedness Program hosted by the Lake Houston Pachyderm Club May 13. The purpose of the meeting was to talk about the efforts being made to avoid or lessen the flooding of nearby communities.
“What are you going to do [the next time these torrential rains return]? I recommend prayer,” Cagle exclaimed.
