The Pink Shrimp Café recently opened in 2019 and is located in Atascocita. Owner Santiago Jimenez, and his wife, Febe, are Houston locals and share four children ages 19, 16, 14 and 12.
“I have been in the restaurant business my entire life, starting my career off as a table busser, waiting tables, bartending, etc. I progressively grew in the industry and eventually got to the point where I wanted to open my own restaurant,” said Jimenez.
