While visiting Salt Lake City a few years ago I experienced a great restaurant, Thai Foon. Unfortunately I can’t find it now; I think it closed or blew away. It was my first time trying Thai but not my last, and now I’m enjoying so many other exotic dishes from around the world. I’m looking for a Portuguese recipe and a recipe from Bosnia.
