River Grove Park issues and activity were the major focus of the Kingwood Service Association (KSA) Parks Committee at its monthly meeting March 7. They included the question of why the boat ramp remains closed, approval of a joint-use agreement to enable a rugby club to use River Grove Park’s athletic fields, and a recommendation to deny the building of a dock and boat-storage facility by a rowing club.
