Humble ISD taxpayers may not see many “shovels in the ground” right now as a result of 2018’s successful $575 million school bond election, but that doesn’t mean there’s nothing going on.
“It takes time, frankly, to figure out what we need to do, how we’re going to do it and what our timeline should be,” Humble ISD Superintendent Dr. Elizabeth Fagen said at Summer Creek BizCom Sept. 12 at Summer Creek High School.
