The Humble Wildcats baseball team opened District 22-6A play with a 6-4 loss to Sam Rayburn. Anthony Tejada drove in two runs and Austin Torres knocked in another, but the Wildcats’ four-run ninth-inning rally fell just short. Tejada worked 5 2/3 innings on the mound, striking out six. Samuel Ramirez finished up, fanning two Texans batters.
