How far have humans reached? Although there is much yet to learn about the planet Earth, humans have been reaching for the stars for a long time. What have we accomplished?
So far, there have been humans mostly in low Earth orbit. We have sent people to space in spaceships and we have inhabited space stations, but they are relatively nearby. Twelve people have walked on the moon and another 12 have orbited the moon.
