Traffic Stop Leads To Narcotics Arrest Of Humble Man: Police

HUMBLE, TX — A 23-year-old man was arrested Sunday after deputy constables found him in possession of marijuana and THC wax. A Harris County Pct. 4 deputy constable pulled Horacio Garcia over late Sunday night for a minor traffic violation in the 4000 block of Atascocita Road.

While questioning Garcia, the deputy learned he had marijuana in his vehicle. Deputies searched his car and found more than six ounces of marijuana and over eight grams of THC wax, police said.

Garcia was arrested and booked into the Harris County jail and was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of marijuana. His bond and court information have not been set at this time, Constable Mark Herman said.
