City Of Frisco: World Cup Way Closed South Of Main Street June 7 - 11

(June 4, 2021) World Cup Way will be closed south of Main Street for five days starting Monday, June 7, so that utilities can be installed for a new building project. 

The road will close Monday morning and is expected to reopen Friday afternoon, June 11.  The road will be closed between Main Street and the driveway leading to the Frisco Square parking garages (see map PDF). Traffic that normally uses World Cup Way to access the Frisco Square parking garages will need to approach it from the south using Frisco Square Boulevard.  Detour signs will be posted.

Drivers should plan to take an alternative route in advance.
