Cowboys' David Irving Gets 4 Game Suspension: Report

This suspension marks Irving's second in two consecutive seasons.

FRISCO, TX — Dallas Cowboys' defensive tackle David Irving faces a four game suspension for allegedly violating the NFL's substance abuse policy, KTVT's Mike Fisher announced Friday afternoon on Twitter.

It remains unclear exactly what violations occurred.

Irving was also suspended for the Cowboys' first four games of the 2017-2018 season after failing a test for performance-enhancing drugs.
