McKinney Bicyclist Dies After Saturday Crash In Frisco
The cyclist died Thursday morning at a hospital in Frisco after being taken off life support.

FRISCO, TX — Frisco police are continuing to investigate a Saturday crash that eventually led to the death of a 35-year-old bicyclist who suffered severe head injuries..
Authorities said the cyclist, 35-year-old Joseph Orzo of McKinney, was traveling south in the 10100 block of Independence parkway around 5 a.m. when his bicycle was struck from behind by a car driving in the same direction.
The driver of that vehicle remained at the scene and is cooperating with the investigation, police said.

Orzo was taken to Baylor Scott & White hospital in Frisco, where he was in critical condition for four days. Orzo died Thursday morning after he was taken off life support.
An investigation into the deadly crash is ongoing. No charges have been filed.

A cause of the crash has not yet been determined.
