Westside Bows Out Of Girls Basketball Playoffs

HOUSTON, TX — The Westside Lady Wolves fell to Langham Creek, 59-50, in the first round of the Class 6A Region III Bi-District playoff round this week. Westside was the District 18-6A champion while Langham Creek was the fourth-place team from 17-6A. Langham Creek advances to face Ridge Point in the Area Round.

The UIL Girls State Basketball Tournament will be March 1-3 at the Frank Erwin Center on the campus of the University of Texas at Austin. The boys playoffs begin next week.
