Chris Paul Is Headed To The Rockets
The Los Angeles Clippers will get Sam Dekker, Lou Williams, Patrick Beverley and a first-round draft pick in return.

The Houston Rockets have added Chris Paul to its roster, and hope that his addition will give the team another great weapon to take on the Golden State Warriors, who won the NBA Championship this season.
Paul was traded to the Rockets in a deal that sees the Clippers getting Sam Dekker, Lou Williams, Patrick Beverley, and a first-round draft pick in return.
LeBron James, a close friend of Paul's, applauded the move:

Paul's contract with the Clippers had expired, and free agency was an option for him. The trade allowed the team to get players — and the draft pick — in return for the 32-year-old. In addition, Paul will earn more money in the trade than a free-agent move would have given him. He is now eligible to ink a five-year, $205 million deal with the Rockets.
Paul and James Harden, the Rocket's superstar, had reportedly been discussing a deal that would bring the Clipper to Houston.
