Coltivare Team To Open Three Restaurants in EaDo
A pizzeria, a bar, and a restaurant will be serving customers by the end of 2017.

HOUSTON, TX — Agricole Hospitality, the group behind Coltivare and Revival Market, have announced bold plans for East Downtown: It plans to open three restaurants in the burgeoning area.
Here are the details about the eateries, as reported by Eater Houston:
Vinny’s — Quick-service pizza shop offering pies by the slice and delivery. Named after Agricole culinary director Vincent Huynh, Vinny’s will serve a variety of pizza styles and stay open late.
Indianola — A 3,000 square foot restaurant inspired by Indianola, Texas, known for its place in history as the “port of entry for European immigrants finding their way to Texas in the mid-1800s.” It’s also Agricole partner Morgan Weber’s hometown. No details on the menu have been released just yet, but look forward to European-inspired fare that is “more modern, sleek bright” than Coltivare’s rustic offerings.
Miss Carousel — A 5,000 square foot bar attached to Indianola that will offer cozy living room-style seating with couches, chairs, and a fireplace. Outdoors, a walled-in courtyard will offer a patio on which to sip classic cocktails (think sours and highballs) and eat a truncated version of the menu at Indianola or pizza from Vinny’s.
All three of the restaurants will open by the end of the year, according to Agricole.
