Man Shot Dead In The Head Near Midtown Thursday
Adolfo Sanchez, 70, was found shot inside his mechanic shop in the Third Ward near Midtown on Thursday afternoon.
HOUSTON, TX — Houston police are looking for clues and a suspect in the shooting death of a 70-year-old man Thursday afternoon at a mechanic shop in the Third Ward near Midtown.
Police say Adolfo Sanchez was found dead inside his mechanic shop at 2326 Berry around 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. Sanchez, who had a gun shot wound to the head, was taken to Lyndon Baines Johnson General Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
A witness reported hearing a gunshot from approximately one block away. At this time, there are no known motive nor suspect(s).
