Pizza Alert: Papa John's Donating Today's Proceeds To Slain Cop's Family
Clint Greenwood was killed on April 3; a day later suspect in his murder committed suicide.

HOUSTON, TX — Eating pizza is never a bad idea, but if you order from any Papa John's location in the Houston area today you will be doing something extra special, because the company has announced that all proceeds would be donated to the family of Clint Greenwood, the assistant chief deputy who was murdered on April 3.

"People want to help out, but don't always know what to do. So we thought this might be a good way to give some grace and money to the family and help them out," Keith Sullins, Papa John's Houston Pizza Venture President, told the Houston Chronicle.
"Cops are always there to help you out and this is just a way to repay them and help them out. We are very appreciative of these folks," Sullins said.
