Price of Regular Gasoline in Houston Falls 2.4 Cents From Last Week

GasBuddy.com's Patrick DeHaan says that drivers should expect prices to increase during the next few months.

Motorists, rejoice! When you fill your car's fuel tank this week, you'll pay around 2.4 cents less per gallon than you did last week, according to GasBuddy.com

There is a hitch, however.

"Before motorists celebrate such cheap gas, the sweet deal likely won't stick much longer, as we've been waiting since last week to see such loss-leaders to disappear," said Patrick DeHaan, a senior petroleum analyst at GasBuddy. "However, we may continue to see the national average moderate during the next week, with the exception in the Great Lakes, where a price adjustment of sorts is still expected."
