Rockets Playoff Schedule Released

The Houston Rockets, the top seed in the NBA Western Conference, will start the playoffs Sunday against Minnesota. Here's when they'll play.

HOUSTON, TX — The road to an NBA title must go through Houston as the Rockets held the league's best regular season record (65-17) and will have home-court advantage throughout the playoffs. As regular season concluded Wednesday night, the NBA released its playoff schedule and TV stations for the first round. The Houston Rockets will play the eighth-seeded Minnesota Timberwolves on Sunday night at the Toyota Center. The game is slated to tip at 8 p.m. on TNT.

Here is the Houston Rockets-Minnesota Timberwolves first round schedule in the best-of-7 series:

Game 1 — Sunday (April 15), 8 p.m. TNT, at Houston
Game 2 — Wednesday (April 18), 8:30 p.m. TNT, at Houston
Game 3 — Saturday (April 21), 6:30 p.m. ESPN, at Minnesota
Game 4 — Monday (April 23), 7 p.m. TNT, at Minnesota
*Game 5 — Wednesday (April 25) TBD
*Game 6 — Friday (April 27) TBD
*Game 7 — Sunday (April 29) TBD
