Cine Las Americas Film Festival Showcases Latin American Films

NORTH AUSTIN, TX—Cinephiles will have the opportunity to enjoy a rare showcase of films and videos from across Latin America and the Iberian Peninsula for the 23rd annual Cine Las Americas International Film Festival (CLAIFF23) in Austin, TX. Attendees will view a range of films or videos made by or about Latinx in the U.S. or the rest of the world, including films and videos by or about indigenous groups of the Americas.

This year's film festival takes place Wednesday, June 9 - Sunday, June 13 with both in-person and virtual events in Austin.

The 23rd annual Cine Las Americas International Film Festival (CLAIFF23) will take place June 9-13, 2021 virtually and with in-person events in Austin, TX. CLAIFF23 will provide a rare showcase of films and videos from Latin America (North, Central, South America, and the Caribbean) and the Iberian Peninsula. The film festival celebrates films and videos made by or about Latinx in the U.S. or the rest of the world, as well as films and videos by or about indigenous groups of the Americas are also featured.

CLAIFF23 will offer badge holders and members a selection of events, as well as programing that is free and open to the public.
