The following ordinance will be considered on First Reading by the Pflugerville City Council at a meeting on June 8, 2021.  The meeting will begin at 7:00 p.m. and will take place at 100 East Main Street, Suite 500.  A copy of this ordinance is available for review at the City Secretary’s Office located at 100 East Main Street, Suite 300.

Ordinance Caption:

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 153 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES FOR THE CITY OF PFLUGERVILLE, TEXAS, BY AMENDING THE FOURTH POLICY CHAPTER OF THE 2030 COMPREHENSIVE PLAN TO UPDATE THE ELEMENTS OF THE OVERALL PLAN AND ADOPT THE REVISED WATER MASTER PLAN DATED MARCH 2021 AND UPDATED WASTEWATER MASTER PLAN DATED MARCH 2021; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. 

The caption of this ordinance will remain posted until its final consideration by the Pflugerville City Council.
