The following ordinance will be considered on First Reading by the Pflugerville City Council at a meeting on July 13, 2021.  The meeting will begin at 7:00 p.m. and will take place at 100 East Main Street, Suite 500.  A copy of this ordinance is available for review at the City Secretary’s Office located at 100 East Main Street, Suite 300.

AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PFLUGERVILLE, TEXAS, AMENDING THE CITY OF PFLUGERVILLE CODE OF ORDINANCES TITLE III ADMINISTRATION, CHAPTER 31 DEPARTMENTS, BOARDS AND COMMISSIONS, SECTION 31.60 EQUITY COMMISSION, TO AMEND SECTION 31.63 TO ESTABLISH AN ALTERNATE MEMBER POSITION; PROVIDING THAT THIS ORDINANCE SHALL BE CUMULATIVE AND REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. 

The caption of this ordinance will remain posted until its final consideration by the Pflugerville City Council.
