Dads Get Free Admission at Typhoon Texas

PFLUGERVILLE, TX — Tell dad you love him with some fun in the sun at Pflugerville's popular water park.

Typhoon Texas will offer free admission to dads this Father's Day where the entire family can enjoy a full day of waterpark fun, officials said.

The offer is valid with any purchase of one any-day ticket at the waterpark's ticket window on Sunday. Father's Day hours at Typhoon Texas will be 10:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. Sunday.

In addition to free admission, officials said dads can take part in a variety of in-park surprises, including one family who will be selected at random to enjoy a complimentary cabana for the day.

Typhoon Texas offers high-speed tube slides, free-fall body slides, a Texas-sized wave pool and winding lazy river.

The water park features an island in the middle, the Gully Washer, a four-story play structure with an 800-gallon water bucket; seven slides and more than 100 spray areas for children ages 3 to 10.
