Discover North Austin Restaurants At Upcoming 'Burnet Road Eats'

NORTH AUSTIN, TX — The third installment of Burnet Road Eats — a series created to encourage residents to explore the North Austin restaurant scene — is scheduled next month.

Andiamo Ristorante announced news of the upcoming event taking place Wednesday, Nov. 1. In addition to Andiamo's, other participating eateries include Barley Swine, Bufalina, Lucy's Fried Chicken, The Peached Tortilla and more, all featuring a drink and dish special for $10 or less to promote the array of North Austin restaurants along Burnet Road.

Ten bucks or less?!?! That's a heck of a deal. But if you're unable to attend on Nov. 1, worry not as it will be repeated on the first Wednesday of November and December as well, organizers said. If you go, you might call your preferred restaurant ahead of time as hours of participation vary.

The eight participating restaurants will offer the following specials:

● Andiamo: Andiamo Sliders (mushroom, homemade sausage, and
cheese on homemade bread) paired with a class of Sangiovese ($10)
● Barley Swine: Buttermilk Fried Chicken paired with a choice of Texas
draft beer ($10)
● Bonhomie: Cheeseburger a la carte paired with Kronenbourg beer ($10)
● Bufalina: Eggplant Crostini with basil, balsamic, chiles, and cashew,
paired with a glass of red, white, or rosé wine ($10)
● Lucy’s Fried Chicken: Firebird Chicken paired with choice of Pearl beer
($10)
● Taco Flats: Any taco paired with a frozen margarita ($8)
● The Peached Tortilla: Kimchi Arancini Balls paired with the Pegu Club
cocktail ($10)
● Waterloo Ice House: Chicken Ranch Tacos paired with the house
