Jack & Ginger's Irish Pub In North Austin Celebrates 3 Years

NORTH AUSTIN, TEXAS — Jack & Ginger's Irish Pub, located on Rock Rose at Domain NORTHSIDE, is celebrating its third anniversary this month.

The milestone will be marked on Jan. 31 with drink specials and music performed by Ryan Holley from 9 p.m. to midnight. The pub offering more than 80 beers on tap, Irish whiskey towers and bar food is open Monday through Saturday from 11 a.m. to 2 a.m. and Sunday from 10 a.m. to midnight. It's located at 11500B Rock Rose.

Restaurant officials describe the menu featuring authentic Irish and American classics as prepared with a culinary twist. Among its popular offerings are Reuben Potato Skins, topped with sauerkraut, diced brisket, and homemade 1000 Island Dressing, and Jumbo Shrimp Corn Dogs with malt vinegar and mayo. Dinner entrees include the pub's take on pub classics, such as the Guinness Battered Fish & Chips, served with garlic green beans and lemon tartar sauce, and Ginger’s Shepherd’s Pie with braised short rib.

Jack & Ginger’s drink menu ranges from an expansive beer selection of more than 80+ beers on tap, ranging from selections from every major Austin brewery, popular ales, and IPAs to unique fruit beers, stouts porters, and more. The drink menu also include specialty cocktails like Irish Rose with Grey Goose Vodka, Jameson Irish Whiskey, St. Germain liqueur, fresh lemon juice, and a splash of cranberry; and Bourbon Apple Sangria created with Makers 46, apple juice, lemon juice, hard cider beer, and garnished with Granny Smith apple slices.
