Job Search Site Indeed Leases Space At The Domain In North Austin

NORTH AUSTIN, TEXAS — Job search engine Indeed Inc. has leased space in another office tower in Austin, this one at the mixed-use development The Domain in North Austin, according to reports.

This move by Indeed brings the tech giant's total office space in Austin to nearly a million square feet in northern and downtown Austin combined — roughly equal to the size of Barton Creek Square Mall — according to a report in the Austin Business Journal.

A company spokesperson told the Journal the local presence is expected to move into the five-story 183,911 square-foot Domain Gateway building in the third quarter of 2019. The new space will accommodate 3,000 workers Indeed plans to hire in the coming years, according to the report.

Indeed is the 13th largest tech employer in Austin.
