Keep Austin Beautiful Invites You To Love Where You Live Day
Take part in activities that allow you to beautify your surroundings, from picking up litter in your neighborhood to gardening, and more.
NORTH AUSTIN, TX—Keep Austin Beautiful invites you to mark your calendars for Love Where You Live Day — volunteer activities that are safe and fun, and where members of the same household can beautify the areas around their homes and neighborhood every second Saturday of the month.
The upcoming Love Where You Live Day event will be held Saturday, June 12, and you're invited to participate wherever you may live and beautify your front yard, or your neighborhood street. Participants may pick up litter, mow their yard, weed a garden bed, or rake leaves. The point is to get outside and make your surroundings a bit more beautiful!
Participants to Love Where You Live Day will receive a FREE Cleanup Kit (one per household) for the upcoming event. To register, click here.

Each Cleanup Kit will include the following:
- 2 Litter Grabbers
- 2 Standard Masks
- 5 Trash Bags
- 5 Recycling Bags
- 5 Pairs of Latex Gloves
- 1 Bottle of Hand Sanitizer
- 1 Sharps Container
- Safety Guidelines
