Lick Honest, Bird Bird Biscuit Combine Forces In Austin

AUSTIN, TX — Ice cream and biscuits are two things that make the world a better place. If you agree with this assessment, you might want to mark your calendars for this coming Sunday.

Lick Honest Ice Creams will team up with Bird Bird Biscuit to celebrate National Biscuit Month on Sunday, Sept. 15 offering biscuit ice cream sandwiches, and we can hardly contain our excitement. Making this all that sweeter is the offer benefits Urban Roots, a nonprofit farm-based youth leadership organization.

The special Biscuit Ice Cream Sandwich will be available for one day only at all Lick Austin locations until they're sold out, officials said. The Biscuit Ice Cream Sandwich features any Lick ice cream on a Bird Bird biscuit with a drizzle of one of Lick’s house made sauces. A portion of the proceeds from all Biscuit Ice Cream Sandwich sales will benefit Urban Roots.
